📌 Disclaimer of Liability for Lost Items and Event Space Rentals
In accordance with Articles 1783 and following of the Italian Civil Code, Firriato Hospitality hereby informs that:
The rental of the restaurant hall and indoor/outdoor areas for meetings, weddings, private events or photo shoots does not entail any liability on the part of the property for any damage, theft, deterioration or loss of personal or professional belongings, even if temporarily left unattended within the premises.
Management is not responsible for any items lost, forgotten or abandoned in the rooms, common areas, or event spaces. Any lost property found will be stored for a maximum of 7 days from the date of discovery; after this period, in the absence of a specific claim by the owner, it will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or donated.
No compensation claims will be accepted for misplaced, unguarded or unrecovered items of any kind.
We kindly invite all guests and clients to take care of their personal belongings at all times during their stay or event.
